Phone Calling Service
Would you like to make a 3 way phone call to someone who speaks Russian and have us translate for you? This is an excellent way to get to know someone much faster than using the mail service and it also gives you an opportunity to hear their voice. Currently we only translate English & Russian.
What you need to do:
1. Call or send us an email telling us exactly when you would like to make a phone call. Please try to give us at least 24-48 hours notice if possible so we may schedule your request.
2. Set up the 3 way call yourself or with the help of your telephone company.
3. Place the call by first calling us and second calling the person you wish to speak to.
What we charge:
1. $2 per minute with a 5 minute minimum, charges do not begin until after your party answers the telephone. If no one answers then we charge you nothing.
2. If your party is not at home but you wish to leave a message with someone else that answers we can do this for you at the same rate as above. If you do not wish to leave a message then we charge you nothing.
How to pay us:
We prefer for you to open an account with us that you can use for phone calls, email/letter forwarding, etc. However if this is a one time event then you can simply pay in advance for the amount of time that you wish to speak.
